Return Policy
Eligibility for Return:
We accept returns only if the item is damaged or defective. To be eligible for a return, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the damage.
Please note: Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process:

- We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item if approved.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that are not defective or damaged, or without an unboxing video, are not eligible for return.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges:
